 All of our Nursery and Children’s Volunteers are required to complete our Ministry Safe Training and  pass a criminal background check.


What's Happening with AUMC KIDS:  



Sunday Nights:

AUMC Fusion Pre Teen Ministry is a ministry focusing on reaching 4-5th graders. The ministry will meet every 1st and 3rd Sunday night at 5:30-7:30pm starting on August 21, 2016! Be sure to join us for games, worship, small group and tons of fun! Nurturing faith and leadership in our 4th and 5th graders do they can build the kingdom and make disciples for Christ!





 Club M.A.D - Wednesday afternoons from 3:15-5:15 pm


 Join us for Club M.A.D (Music, Art, Drama) after school program serving Hood  County Elementary Schools. Club M.A.D is offered for children in grades K-5th.  They meet for music, art, drama and lots of fun each Wednesday afternoon after school. The church buses  pick up the children at local schools at 3:00 pm and bring them to the church. Club M.A.D. starts at 3:15 pm and pick up  is at 5:15 pm. The choir for Club M.A.D. occasionally performs in worship on Sunday morning. Registration and  permission forms are available online and at the church office. Please call 817-326-4242, ext. 52 for more  information.


 Ministry Safe Policy and Application-


 If you are interested in working with our children and youth at Acton UMC, please click here to read over our  policy then download and print the application below, fill it out completely and return it to the church office.  Once your application is processed and approved, you will receive a link which will be sent via email to  complete the Online Ministry Safe Training. After watching the videos, you must take a quiz and you will  receive a certificate. This certificate is valid for two years.   *You must fully complete and turn in the signed volunteer application which must be approved by the Safety       Committee Team as well as complete and pass the online training course before you are compliant with our       Ministry Safe policy.
